At eSuites, we care about the health, safety and well-being of our members. That is why we have a plan set in place to control the spread of Covid-19 in our workspace. We kindly ask that you follow our protocol so we can maintain a high level of safety at eSuites.
Health and Safety Protocol for eSuites
Entering the Workspace
Members are asked to wear a mask upon entry into eSuites. The only exception is if the member is working in a private office. If a member or guest does not have a mask, our staff will provide one and said member will be asked to put on a mask immediately. Masks must be worn appropriately covering your mouth and nose in all public areas.
If a member or guest exhibits symptoms, we ask that you stay at home — and get a negative result on a Covid-19 test prior to returning. If a member or guest has been exposed in the last 7 days, we ask that you do not enter the space until after the waiting period.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office and should be applied throughout the day, especially when in the public areas.
Workspaces and Meeting Rooms
Cleaning & Sanitizing:
All common areas, door handles and light switches will be cleaned with sanitizer on a regular basis.
Conference rooms, including the table, chairs and remote controls will be cleaned after each use.
Members are asked to wipe down any common surface area they have touched. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
Meeting rooms will be situated with fewer seats to allow for social distancing.
Circulation
eSuites has installed multiple air purification systems that kill 99.97% of contaminants throughout the space.
Members and guests are asked to social distance, with six-feet of space between each other at all times.
Coworking
Seats will be placed at least six-feet apart from each other. Those using our coworking spaces will have the option of setting up their office for the day in a private office, rather than in a coworking pod — if space is available.
